It tells the story of a writer who drinks heavily out of frustration, over the accusation that he had an affair with one of his buddies while in college. Now the reason this movie is so good is because it doesn't mention homosexuality at all. But the drinking aspect gives off that the main character must find his true identity on who he is. Billy Wilder directed this great movie and if you haven't seen it, which probably some of you have not. Check it out, you will love it.
The Lost Weekend gets 10/10 stars
