This movie was made for TV. This story is more of a vengeance movie than anything else. Lance Henriksen returns as Ed Harley but as a spirit. The movie is not as good as the first movie or its sequels. But this is also the the franchise that does not imply that Pumpkinhead is still alive.
Pumpkinhead 4 gets 3/10 stars
