Steven Seagal is an EPA agent who investigates a Kentucky mine and helps locals stand up for their rights. Yeah once again its an environmental movie, nothing big or good about this at all. Kris Kristofferson is the bad guy and he pulls it off well. Other than that this is a bad movie.
