The movie is about a young man, raised in an orphanage and trained to be a doctor who decides to leave and see the world. Michael Caine did a good job with this role. Tobey Maguire wasnt bad either. The movie was slow to beginning with, but near the end became very good. I recommend it.
The Cider House Rules gets 8/10 stars
