This documentary is great, its one of my favorites. It stars Morgan Spurlock who also directed it. Its about how he eats McDonald's food for 30 days. Just to see the effects his body can take. This really gives you an in depth look at the fast food market, what goes in the foods and how long it stays fresh among other things. Very entertaining documentary, I recommend it.
