Ida Lupino directed a great movie, She knew how to tell a story and keep it suspenseful. It tells the story of two fishing buddies who pick up a mysterious hitchhiker during a trip to Mexico. All hell and chaos ensues. The acting is very tense and emotional. The movie has that dark gritty feel to it which i enjoyed alot. The Hitch-Hiker gets 9.5/10 stars
