Billy Wilder directed a movie that will be liked for ages. Gloria Swanson is so memorable in her role that its crazy. The story tells about William Holden as an unsuccessful screenwriter and Gloria Swanson as a faded silent movie star who dreams of making a triumphant return to the screen. The story was great and the acting is the best i have seen from a movie. The most famous line from the movie comes at the very end when Gloria Swanson says. "All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.
Sunset Blvd. gets 10/10 stars
