So i noticed a trend with segal movies in the early 1990's. They are all the same, it showed with this one. He's a cop fights bad guys kicks there ass and THE END. This movie wasn't as good but it lacked in story. The fight scenes were great, which was the only good parts.
Out For Justice gets 5/10 stars
