IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT (1933)

This was the first to win all five major Academy Awards (Best Picture, Director, Actor, Actress, and Screenplay). It rightly deserved all of them, this movie is very very good, I have not seen a movie this good. It tells the story of a pampered socialite(Claudette Colbert) who tries to get out from under her father's thumb, and falls in love with a reporter(Clark Gable). Both do amazing jobs with acting and the movie has a nice smooth feel to it.
