Norman Bates is released from a mental hospital 23 years later after the events from the first film and continues his ways. I have to say this sequel was very weak, it didn't have that Hitchcock feel to it and the end left the movie open for more sequels. Anthony Perkins did another great job as Norman convincing the audience that hes still insane.
Psycho II gets 7/10 stars
