Now this movie was a made for TV MOVIE. Anthony Perkins is back as Norman Bates and is released from the mental hospital after the events of the third movie. Joseph Stefano wrote the screenplay for this fourth outing as he did with the original Psycho in 1960. This final chapter was okay but it did close the story of Norman Bates in the end.
Psycho IV: The Beginning gets 3.5/10 stars
